CARE INSTRUCTIONS

EquiVisor® is really easy to care for but here are a few tips to keep your face and skins best friend in peak condition. Remember keep your skin beautiful and healthy by protecting it from the damaging UVA & UVB rays. Wearing EquiVisor® during outdoor activities will help prevent wrinkles and skin cancer keeping your skin smooth and youthful looking.
Clean by hand or machine wash gentle/delicate cycle, hang to dry.  The gripper needs to be kept free of oils, dust, dirt, etc for it to work properly. Clean the gripper by simply wiping with a damp cloth, or by using a mild soap.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EquiVisor®. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipment Processing Times:  All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates                                                                              

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:  All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped as “F.O.B.” (Freight on Buyer). This means that you will pay the actual shipping costs rather than the standard rates listed above. F.O.B. rates will not show at the time you place an order. We will e-mail you the F.O.B. shipping cost for your approval. If you contact us to approve the shipping amount, we will charge the same credit card you used to place the order.  If you do not wish to pay the shipping amount, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for charges.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses     EquiVisor® ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Expedited Orders:  If you choose to have an order expedited, the order must be received by us no later than 12:00PM EST in order for it to be processed that day. Please include a comment on your order (use the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” box during checkout) to let us know (a) the date you need to receive your order and (b) the maximum amount of money you are willing to pay for shipping. We need to know those two things so that we can supply you with an accurate shipping quote. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for the additional charges.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates stated above are for US only. For international orders we encourage you to find a retail store/dealer in your region to expedite the order process and save you on shipping costs. If there is not a good option for your location please contact us. Orders shipped to countries other than the USA will need to be calculated separately. Please contact us so that we can promptly give you what the shipping charges will be. You can email us wecare@equivisor.com


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:  EquiVisor® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Please note, all foreign purchases will have duty and VAT due to at time of package delivery. This is not included in our shipping rate.

If the package is abandoned due to failure to pay duty and VAT, there will be no refund.

All International sales are final

POLICIES THAT APPLY TO DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours, but that is in control of the shipping company and our of our hands once your package is obtained by the designated carrier.


Damages: EquiVisor® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:  We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

EquiVisor ® will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:  If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Return Policy:  EquiVisor® offers a hassle free return policy.  If for any reason you are displeased with the product, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund!
